No biggie, but I think I would have preferred the silver. I just wish Amazon would send what they said they were sending.So 5 stars on the product, 3/5 stars for Amazon. The picture is a silver remote, but I was given a black remote. Anyway, the remote works perfectly.
I like the controls that I bought. They programed easily and the big buttons make them easy to use.
My husband called the company and they told him to open it up to see if it could be programed to Mom's brand of TV but it could not. We bought this item for my mother who is legally blind but can see the 42" TV we had also just bought for her. I have sent it back but still have not received credit on our account.
My father is 86 and in a nursing home we have had a lot of problems with other remotes because they have too many functions. This one is not perfrct but it is much better than the others we have tried.
Works as advertised. So I bought this to replace the remote. The TV is 18 years old afterall. The first match worked for my TV and now I have a working remote again. So I have a perfectly good television in front of the treadmill. Problem is that the remote stopped working. I looked up the code for the TV on the included paperwork.
